Kirkwood Ski Education Foundation (KSEF) is a non-profit foundation started more than 20 years ago to teach excellence in skiing at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. 

KSEF offers full-season programs from November through April, and a summer exchange program with the Treble Cone Race Academy in New Zealand.
